Innovation Bar

Welcome to the Comptoir des Innovations, the den of rum connoisseurs who have understood that the only acceptable queue is the one for ordering a glass! Here, you can explore a world of flavors under the guidance of the excellent (!) Excellence Rhum, the wine merchant whose advice is as sharp as his sense of rhythm.

And this year’s program is a heavy one!

La Fabrique de l’arrangé arrives with its Tutti Frutti 32%, a blend to die for. Between the pineapple victoria and coconut of N°1, or the Pineapple x Lime for a tangy ti- punch, we don’t know where to turn! At Clément, the Banana is on show for the first time, a real delight.

MaloRhum, Saint-Malo’s magician of arranged rums, has a surprise in store for us with his Roasted Pineapple infusion to celebrate 10 years of Rhum Fest. And what about the Ricci Family’s Panama 20 ans 56%, a rare nugget to be found at the CDM ephemeral boutique!

The exclusive cuvées for the 10th anniversary are not to be outdone, with the mythical Swell de Spirits and its high-flying blend of 8 Jamaican marks. A veritable festival of flavors with acronyms that make geeks dream: HLCF, LROK, C<>H, <>H, DOK, HGML, MMW and WPL. Bless you!

L’Habitation Saint Etienne treats us to new vintages of Finish Sauternes, an orange label inspired by the DDE, and the Marquis de Terme Bordeaux finish wine – enough to make your mouth water! And at Trois Rivières, triple world champion cellar master Monsieur Baudin presents the first XO, an exceptional blend aged in French oak and cognac barrels.

La Compagnie Des Indes is not lacking in imagination with its small batch Taïtaïnic, a tasty play on words for an explosive blend of Thai and Martinique rums.

Stay tuned, as more nuggets are expected before the Rhum Fest doors open!
