L’association des barmen de France

The aim of the Association des Barmen de France is to promote and ensure the influence of the bartending profession and bring together bar professionals.

It is also the point of convergence between bar professionals, the A.P.E.B (Association des Professeurs Enseignants en Bar), the French Ministry of Education, the C.O.E.T (Comité d’Organisation des Expositions du Travail) for the M.O.F (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), as well as partners and representatives from the world of wines and champagnes, spirits and soft drinks.

barge 166

Come aboard the Barge 166, the latest innovation from a small company with big ideas: Maison Ferrand. This family-run French company, which creates exceptional spirits in Charentes-Maritimes, is internationally renowned for its Cognac Ferrand, Rhum Planteray and Gin Citadelle.

La Barge 166, located on the banks of the Seine, is a 1948 Freycinet barge typical of the Paris basin. Entirely restored by Maison Ferrand, it now houses a floating ageing cellar specifically designed to store 1,500 30-liter casks of cognacs and rums.

Women Leading Rum

Women Leading Rum is an exclusive platform, part of TheRumLab, to recognize women involved in the rum industry and establish connections between them, regardless of their position in the industry.

This initiative arises as an educational and professional exchange where women will be able to support each other through executive training, workshops and mentoring to enhance the value that each of them brings to the world of rum.

SOS Méditerranée is a civil and European deep-sea search and rescue association, created on May 9, 2015, by citizens wanting to act to put an end to shipwrecks in the central Mediterranean.
